He told me that they also have transportation services to nearby cities like San Diego and Palm springs, not just tourist sites around Los Angeles. This is perfect because I hate taking Uber when I don't want to drive long distances. This is the next best thing to having your own personal chauffeur. “The shuttle service to and from our hotel was prompt and courteous. We picked up our ferry tickets at the terminal and the ride over to the island was nice and we even got to see some dolphins! We opted to do the Discover Avalon tour. In the booking details, it said we would be in a group of no more than 9 but that pertained to the shuttle service. Obviously the ferry had multiple people, but I was surprised that we were on a bus with 15 people. We filled up the bus and the seats were comfy but I didn’t get to see very much because I sat…”

“The starting out instructions were wonderful for the entire day. But unfortunately the driver they had come pick us up came way too early and we sat around for over an hour waiting for the boat. Once we made it to the island we never received our inbound tickets to go home later that afternoon so I had to go back up to the ticket booth and request a set from them. More time wasted that could have been spent roaming the island which is beautiful.”
