“Fantastic tour with a knowledgeable driver. Arriving at Venice Beach for sunset was magical. We had been on a cruise which disembarked early but our flight was not until 22.30 hours so this tour was a great way to see LA and be taken to the airport at a sensible time for our flight. Would recommend to anyone.”

“This is the company i trust with my schedule to lax airport. My profile is set, i like their professionalism and discretionary.”

“Driver was on time. His car was neat and clean. He was polite and drove safely. On time. Clean. Safe driver. Polite.”

“Nice job. Right on time and very speedy to the airport. The only thing was I never got a confirmation the day before or contact information for the driver.”

“John was amazing, knowledge, and personible. He gave us his insight in the areas we visited. We would recommend his to anyone that wants to learn and see the area!”

“Great reminders but had important information missing. Pickup and destination were restated however Airline and arrival times were not. Our arrival time and airline had changed. We booked far in advance and forgot to make changes to our pickup. If the reminders has restated arriving time and airline, we would have realized our mistake. It was a hard lesson learned for us but I feel the communication was lacking. I looked back at correspondence and it was stated no changes could be made so my only recourse would have been to cancel. Yes,this was our mistake so take my review for what it is worth.”

“Our driver’s name is Ken and he was very reliable and responsive when we contacted him, and was very helpful and assisting us the whole time.”

“Don't need to be waiting at the airport for half an hour after a 14 hour flight. Too long between picking bags up and getting picked up. Trip itself was fine.”

“Service provided was as described. I followed the pickup instructions and everything was good. The drivers were polite and helpful with my luggage. The vehicles were clean and in good working order. And finally I felt safe in their hands on the freeway to & from LA.”

“Excellent transfer from LAX to Long Beach. Our driver was very friendly and professional. The car was nice and extremely clean.”

“Professional yet friendly driver. Excellent vehicle that was very clean & comfortable. Driver helped take luggage into airport instead of dropping off at curb!”

“For the cost, I was disappointed when the driver asked the male passengers to assist with the luggage.”

“Great experience. On time both ways, friendly and new clean vehicle. We were late arriving but van was there waiting, great service.”

“Driver was courteous and provided quick service to our destination. They were in communication to pick us up after a delay in flight.”

“Our driver was very friendly, polite, courteous and professional, we liked him very much. We felt like we were driving with a friend.”
